Dry Needling is a valuable and effective treatment for musculoskeletal pain. It involves inserting a tiny monofilament needle in the muscle to decrease trigger point activity. This helps resolve pain and muscle tension while promoting healing.
Any ‘hands-on’ treatment provided by a physical therapist is considered manual therapy. To be certified means there has been extensive training and testing ensuring skilled hands, effective at assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions.
These services include:
Dry Needling cupping, Soft Tissue Mobilization, Manual Stretching, AISTM, Joint Mobilization
Cupping therapy is a type of suction-based manual therapy that focuses on improving tissue extensibility and blood flow by breaking up adhesions that limit fascial mobility. This expedites healing, restores optimal muscle performance, and reduces pain and inflammation.
Performance Based Recovery
Committed relationship to not only help you recover from injuries but also enhance your overall performance. Whether you want to increase strength, endurance, or mobility, our tailored plans keep you progressing toward your highest potential, helping you achieve and surpass your athletic goals for the long term.

What Our Patients Are Saying
Kim N.
Stephanie is absolutely incredible at what she does. Her intelligence is so apparent and I feel so privileged to be one of her patients. She is a provider who will genuinely listen to your concerns and not dismiss you. No question is ever a "stupid" question in her office. Something I love about our sessions is that she is vocal about the techniques she is implementing in the moment and why. She has successfully addressed several of my ongoing medical concerns and I feel so grateful for everything she has done and continues to do for me. Highly recommend!

FAQ's for You
Frequently Asked Questions
PT Works is an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies. This allows us the opportunity to focus 100% of our attention and efforts on helping YOU, rather than putting our energy into battling with insurance companies. We can give you the care and experience you deserve, not just the treatment that pays the most. Period.
Insurance companies impose strict rules that limit treatment options and lower reimbursement rates, forcing physical therapists to see more patients daily. By not accepting insurance, we focus entirely on what’s best for you, offering personalized, one-on-one care that addresses the root of the issue more efficiently, saving you time and money.
Many in-network clinics require 2–3 visits per week, with copays of $30–$50 per session. Instead, you can see us just once a week for highly personalized care, often for just a little more than your total copays.
